Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with B Skin Health. We regret that you have experienced an issue with your product or its delivery.

If you believe there is a problem with your product(s), please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery or the date they were made available for collection.

For a refund or store credit, the product must be returned in a new, unused, and resaleable condition. Requests for product replacements are subject to our discretion. In such cases, please return the product(s) for assessment, and we will update you on our decision as soon as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for the courier’s (NZ Courier: 0800 800841 or www.nzcouriers.co.nz) delivery times, delays, damages, or the placement of packages, and our ability to assist with courier issues is limited.
