Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop with us at B Skin Health. Sorry your having an issue with a product or delivery of this product.
You have 14 days from the date of your being delivered to you or made available for collection to reach out to us and let us know their is something not right with your product(s).
For a refund or store credit – the product returned must be in a new, unused and resaleable condition.
For product replacement, it is at our discretion. The product(s) must be posted back to us for assessment and we will let you know the decision as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for the courier’s (NZ courier 0800 800841 or www.nzcouriers.co.nz) delivery times/delays,damages or placement of packages. We have limited ability to contact them on your behalf.
